Can I bring my luggage on the bus?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate luggage on our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses due to limited storage capacity and provincial laws prohibiting luggage and other items that are not securely or properly stored onboard.
Where is baggage storage located?
Baggage storage is located at 999 Canada Place Way, inside the Cruise Ship Terminal. From your cruise ship: Visit the Ground Transportation Desk for bag drop off instructions. When you are ready to pick up your bag: Visit the Welcome Kiosk at 999 Canada Place Way or call 1-877-451-1777 if you require assistance with directions.
Are the Hop-On, Hop-Off buses wheelchair accessible?
Motorized and collapsible wheelchairs, strollers, walkers and strollers are accepted on Hop-On, Hop-Off buses and space is first come, first served.
