How do I access my ticket?
Download the Big Bus Tours app, tap "Add Booking", and enter your reference number. Activate your ticket on your travel date. Once activated, your ticket is stored offline and can be shown without internet.
What is the child policy?
Child tickets apply to ages 4–12. Children 3 and under travel free with an adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Only foldable strollers are permitted on board.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
About 90% of our buses have wheelchair access on the lower deck. Contact the Big Bus Information Centre (+33 (0)1 42 61 24 64) for details on accessible buses for your travel day.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Select your start date when booking. Multi-day tickets must be used on consecutive days. Some tours and extras may require specific time slots—check your confirmation email for details.
What time do tours start and finish?
Tours operate between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm, depending on the season and stop. To complete a full loop, board before 5:00 pm.
What languages is the commentary available in?
Recorded commentary is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean, and Mandarin Chinese, with free earphones provided.
Refunds
If booked directly, request a refund via the Big Bus Tours app or the form at bigbustours.com/contactPAR. If booked through a third party, contact your original booking agent.
