How do I activate my ticket?
Download the Big Bus Tours app, add your booking reference, and tap ‘Activate’ on the day of travel to begin.
Are the tours available in multiple languages?

What is the child policy?
Child tickets apply to ages 4–12. Children 3 and under travel free with an adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Only foldable strollers are permitted.
River Cruise
The River Cruise departs from Port de la Bourdonnais (Ponton N°3), near Stop #8 – Eiffel Tower. Present your cruise voucher at the pier before boarding. Cruises operate daily, departing every 30 minutes on weekends and every 45 minutes on weekdays between 10:30 and 21:00. Please check the latest timetable at the pier.
The cruise lasts one hour, completing a full circuit and returning to the same dock at the foot of the Eiffel Tower (Deck 3, Quai de la Bourdonnais).
Commentary is available via audio guide or smartphone in 14 languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, and Dutch. There’s also special commentary for children aged 8–14.

What time do bus tours operate?
Tours run from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, depending on the season. To complete a full loop, board before 5:00 pm.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Select your start date when booking. Multi-day tickets must be used on consecutive days. Some tours and extras may require specific time slots—check your confirmation email for details.
